Almost none. We know parenting leaves little room for yourself, so Rung is built for zero friction. The app works in the background, automatically syncing your health data. You don't need to spend hours logging details—check in for a few minutes daily to get your personalized health insights and coaching tips.

Do I need to track anything manually?

No. Rung relies on automated tracking to keep things easy. By syncing with Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, or Fitbit, we pull data on your movement, sleep, and recovery instantly. You can chat with the AI coach about your nutrition or mood, but there are no tedious forms to fill out.

What if I already use a tracker or app?

Is this for beginners?

Rung launches first as an iOS app, integrating seamlessly with Apple Health. This allows us to pull data from any device that writes to Apple Health, including the Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Garmin, and Whoop. Android support will follow in the future.

Do I need to be fit to use Rung?

Not at all. Rung is about longevity and energy management, not just gym performance.
